Rate Schedule for Hourly Services

•  Carpenter $55 .00/hour 
   Carpenter-Helper $40.00/hour
  Skill set: Doors, moldings, drywall, ceramic tile, general carpentry
  
  Painter $45.00/hour
  Skill set: Drywall repairs, painting, staining, wall coverings
  
  Electrician $80.00/hour
  Skill set: Misc electrical repairs to new panels, Master Electrician
  
  Plumbing $80.00/hour
  Skill set: misc plumbing repairs to new rough in, Master Plumber
  
  Carpenters and painters will be charged at a two hour minimum.
  Electrician and plumbers will be charged at a four hour minimum.
  
  Carpenters and painters time starts when leaving previous project and ends when work is completed. If project is first of day, time starts upon arrival. Electrician and plumber time starts at project and when they leave.
  
  Required materials can be supplied by client or supplied by Corporate Finishes at cost plus 20%. Time required to obtain materials is charged to project.
  
  Work will be scheduled within 48 hours of request. Emergency requests or after hours
  projects will be charged at 1.5 times the normal rates, 4 hour minimums.
  
  Billing will be monthly with attached job work forms showing labor and materials with signatures by Tenant or Building Engineer.
