Exterior of a Capital Hill townhouse we rehabilitated in 2006.
Total demolition of the interior with new electrical, plumbing, heating
and air conditioning systems. Created two apartment units in a space
formerly occupied by a hairdresser and apartment. Upscale finishes
included new historically aceptabile double hung insulated wood
windows, hardwood flooring, ceramic flooring, new cabinets and
appliances. All finishes done to remind the occupants of the rich
history of the neighborhood. |

Interior of a home that we renovated. We put in a beautiful bar and entertainment area that combined form and functionality. This area blended in seamlessly with the rest of the home, and increased the overall value of the property. A classic design with modern amenities.
